Interning in the Silicon Valley this summer? Discover Startup Dream Team!

By PierreSN On 5 mai 2012 · 2 454 Comments · In Uncategorized

Are you young and willing to change the World? Eager to meet young aspiring entrepreneurs like you? Do you happen to be about to do an internship this summer in the Silicon Valley?

Then, Startup Dream Team is for you.

Startup Dream Team is a 9-week team-building program happening between June 18th and August 12th in San Francisco, which provides a perfect environment for 30 interns from all around the World to experience Silicon Valley at its fullest and build a lifetime network.

Indeed, startups are all about execution, having the right team which will be able to transform a vision into a real company. However, even if many people agree with this, too many entrepreneurs launch their startup without the appropriate team and fail because of that.

But many entrepreneurs don’t have the luck to be surrounded, by brilliant people, willing to solve the same problems as them, with whom they get on well and work efficiently.

With Startup Dream team, Silicon Students tries to solve this problem for young aspiring entrepreneurs before they even have to face it. They will have the opportunity to find out who they work efficiently with by multiplying teamwork situations, and who they get on well with as they will all live together in the StartupHouse.

Every week a team of 5 interns will have to organize a talk with an entrepreneur, VC or startup expert like Robert Scoble, Hiten Shah and Aaron Levie and a hackathon for their fellows. These events will be open to the public and the organizing teams will be challenged on their ability to sell tickets and get good attendees feedback.

They all have in common that the reason that drove them to do an internship in the Silicon Valley is probably unconsciously or consciously related to a willingness to change the World which is a good starting point. We believe that it will create serendipity and, hopefully, some great startups  along the way.

Seems like a program for you? APPLY NOW!
